It is very easy to use and is well made. This is perfect for adding a seared topping on deserts and sweet potatoe souffles.I am sure there are many other things that can be done with it. I was a little intimidated to use it at first, but there was no need to be. The torch is very safe and easy to handle. This is a really nice and well crafted tool.
